Online services:

Due to a recent IT upgrade, we have had to reset all patient passwords. Please feel free to use either of the two links above to order medication.

It will take time for us to re-activate all users of online services in the new system. You will receive instructions by text when services have resumed.

Prescription requests:

Whilst the online services are unavailable, please order your prescription via the prescriptions email address (hsccg.shipstreetprescriptions@nhs.net) or in writing via the surgery post-box.

Please allow 3 working days turn around for your repeat prescription requests.
