Ordering A Repeat Prescription
Please ensure that you order these in good time and not when you are just about to run out. Two working days (three for a pharmacy) are required for a prescription to be made out and signed. (Note that Saturdays and Sundays do not count as normal working days.) Your request can be made in person at the reception desk, by a note put through the door out of office hours, by post or using the online system.
Repeat prescriptions can be collected in person during office hours, can be returned to you if you enclose a stamped self addressed envelope, or can be delivered to one of the local chemists. If you choose the latter service, you will be asked to select a chemist at the time of ordering your prescription.

If you have asked a local pharmacy to request medication on your behalf, please be aware that this is a private arrangement between patient and pharmacy, in which Ship Street Surgery has no part.
