Complaints and Suggestions
We try to provide a courteous, efficient and skilled service to our patients but we can only hope to improve this with constructive criticism. If you have a suggestion to make, please put it in writing to your doctor or to our practice manager. If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working at the practice, please let us know.
We operate a practice complaints procedure which meets national criteria.
How To Complain
We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, preferably at the time they arise and with the person concerned as this will allow us to establish what happened more easily.
Written complaints should be addressed to Elizabeth Eades, the practice manager. Alternatively, you may ask for a meeting with her to discuss any concerns. She will explain the complaints procedure to you, and will make sure that your concerns are dealt with promptly. Please be as specific as you can about the complaint.
